Sign in with the email on your membership. From here you can update your business details, your category, your photo and your contact info, and change your membership level.
Checking your category?
Your categories decide which homeowners get sent your way. After you sign in, open the Profile tab and tick the trades you actually want work in. Three is the sweet spot: any more and you start getting sent jobs you do not want.

This is on our end, not yours. You can still get to your account directly on MembershipWorks, and everything you change there shows up on your listing the same way.
