Crawl Daddy

After several months of respiratory issues that doctors could not figure out, I found out there was a plumbing leak with mold growth in my crawl space. Further inspection by Crawl Daddy showed additional issues that could contribute to the air quality in my house (where there was no evidence of mold so I had no idea). The owner, Donny, came out right away and took extensive time inspecting, photographing, and explaining the whole situation to me. I was very impressed with him because of his experience and knowledge, as well as the respect and patience he showed me which I do not always get from contractors as an elderly-ish female. I could tell this company was different. He talked about his employees and how great they were and what a good job they would do. I didn’t think much about that because I have been through too many home projects where the workers who come after the salesman have been nothing like I was told. But the best part of the story is everything Donny said was the truth – his crew was everything he said they would be – on time, thorough, conscientious, communicative, and they knew what they were doing. This was probably the best experience I have had facing an

I recently hired Crawl Daddy for a crawlspace encapsulation and foundation work on our 1910 home, and they were phenomenal to work with. Our pre-closing inspector was below par, but Donny went above and beyond throughout the entire project to ensure we were taken care of like family. He even wrote a detailed letter outlining issues that should have been noted in the original inspection report. Donny and Caleb are outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They offered great communication, fair pricing, and excellent follow-through, making me feel completely confident in such a large project. I highly recommend Crawl Daddy to anyone in need of their services!

Professional, customer service oriented, prompt, clear communication, fair pricing without overselling. Their stated goal was to ensure I was satisfied with their work and they more than met the goal.

Crawl Daddy completed a crawlspace encapsulation, moisture remediation, and foundational support at my home. They were efficient, friendly, and thorough- ensuring I understood what the plan was despite personally hating the crawlspace. They remained informative and communicative throughout the multi day job. I recommend them for your crawlspace work.
