Founded in 2018 by Travis Motz, we deliver quality workmanship, transparent communication, and dependable local service.
Our roofing services include roof replacement, roof repair, and storm damage restoration. For insurance-related roof replacements, we guide homeowners from inspection through installation, providing thorough documentation, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and addressing eligible supplements and code-required work. For homeowners paying out of pocket, we offer clear estimates and durable roofing options, including architectural shingles, standing seam metal, and ribbed metal systems, with available manufacturer-backed warranties.
We also repair leaks, missing shingles, damaged flashing, and other roofing issues to help protect homes and extend roof life. Our seamless gutter, downspout, and gutter protection solutions improve drainage and help reduce clogs and maintenance.
Through our sister brand, Peachtree Lights, we provide professionally installed permanent outdoor lighting for homes and businesses. Services include holiday and Christmas lighting, roofline and architectural accent lighting, patio and pergola lighting, and smart app-controlled LED systems. Customize colors, patterns, brightness, zones, and schedules for holidays, game days, special events, or everyday curb appeal without annual installation and removal.
Led by founder Travis Motz, Elevated Roofing Solutions and Peachtree Lights are committed to helping Metro Atlanta property owners protect, enhance, and enjoy their spaces. Whether you need roofing, storm restoration, gutters, or year-round outdoor lighting, our team provides practical solutions tailored to your property.

Roof, Gutters, Fascia
I had a great experience with Elevated Roofing and am very happy with the quality of their work! Travis was wonderful from the start. He came out to the property, walked through everything with me, got up on the roof to assess the issues, and provided a quote. The entire team, including the roofers, gutter and fascia crew, and painter, was friendly, professional, and hardworking. I especially appreciated the gutter crew staying late to get the job done! The only areas for improvement would be communication around scheduling and timelines, along with a little more attention to cleanup afterward. Some delays were understandable due to insurance, but overall, the process went fairly smoothly, and the finished work looks great. I'm very pleased with the results and would absolutely use Elevated Roofing again!
Roof repair
Great experience with Travis. He was communicative in scheduling, explained our issue, and there was no high-pressure salesmanship. I recommend!
