About

I’m Kailin, and my path to real estate was a little different—but I think that’s a good thing.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I was a Certified Professional Dog Trainer doing private, in-home training sessions. While that may seem like a big career change, there are several similarities that I see and intend to maintain throughout my real estate career.

These similarities include the belief in the importance of:

1.) Not just providing a service but of forming real relationships with people. It is always my goal to be someone my clients can genuinely trust.

2.) Paying close attention to detail and tailoring my approach to each individual/family based on their real needs and desires.

3.) Always staying curious and continuing to learn - both about my client and about my field.

4.) Focusing on integrity, honesty, reliability and professionalism.

5.) And of course, a love for dogs, and ALL animals for that matter! Whatever pet you may have, the answer is yes 1000%, I do want to meet them!! 😆 But only if they want to meet me too, of course.

My love for animals is something I couldn't help but weave directly into my real estate business. With every closed transaction, I plan to donate a percentage of my compensation to a local animal shelter. That means when you choose to work with me, you’re not only investing in your next chapter—you’re helping support animals in our community who are still waiting for theirs.

I am also working toward becoming a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Once I’ve earned this designation, I plan to continue my education by becoming a Certified Placement and Referral Specialist (CPRS) and a Senior Home Safety Specialist (SHSS) as well.

My passion for helping seniors comes from personal experience. Before getting into dog training, I spent four years working as a caregiver for senior citizens, and I watched both my mother and sister dedicate years of their lives to caring for seniors as well. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciatio
