Kirchner Customs

About

Kirchner Customs is a custom deck and outdoor living contractor serving Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. We specialize in high-quality, custom-built outdoor spaces designed around each homeowner, their property, and how they want to use their space.

How We Operate

We take a quality-over-quantity approach to construction. Rather than managing numerous projects at the same time, we focus our attention on one primary project at a time, allowing us to stay actively involved throughout the entire build.

• Primarily In-House Crews
• The majority of our carpentry and construction work is completed by our own team.
• The owner is actively involved in projects and on-site throughout construction.
• Specialized licensed trades are brought in when required, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, masonry, and other specialty work.
• One Project at a Time
• We intentionally limit the number of projects under construction.
• This allows us to maintain better quality control, communication, organization, and attention to detail from start to finish.
• Quality Over Quantity
• We are not a high-volume or builder-grade deck company.
• Our focus is on proper construction practices, premium materials, thoughtful design, and long-term durability.
• We take additional steps throughout the building process that often go beyond typical minimum construction practices.
• Custom-Built for Each Home
• Every project is designed around the existing home, property, architecture, and homeowner's goals.
• We can assist with everything from the initial concept and material selections through construction and final finishing details.
