Rally Built

I need a minute to brag about Mike of Rally Built Homes. This team completely turned my kitchen and living room around from 2010s millennial grey to updated warm & cozy vibes. Rally Built did an amazing job of bringing the vision to life from a complicated design spec, but on top of that he was incredibly responsive whenever something needed to be addressed. Overall they came in on time and at budget. After two big renovations, this is the contractor we’ll happily work with again.

New to Atlanta--and bought a house in EAV--it has a great yard and had terrible tiny bathrooms. Reached out to 3 companies for estimates and so glad that we selected Rally Built Homes. Mike's crew is top notch--every single sub was kind, cleaned up after themselves AND remembered to shut our gate everyday so the dogs didn't escape. The finished product, an ensuite, surpassed my expectations. Mike and his team did an amazing job re-envisioning the space.

After waiting 10 years to finally redo our sad, dated master bath, we finally decided to take the plunge with Mike and his team at Rally Built Homes.
We met with four different companies before making our decision. We chose Rally Built Homes because we genuinely liked Mike and felt we could trust him. But feelings are just feelings. What really mattered was the experience - the communication, staying on schedule, honoring the estimate, and delivering on every promise. Most of all, it was the final result.
And wow...we are absolutely ecstatic about our new master bath!
Not only is it beautiful and incredibly functional, but Mike has an exceptional eye for design and an unwavering - shall we say chronic? - commitment to quality and detail. Every member of his team was professional, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to have in our home.
I'm not a designer - I just know what I like when I see it. Mike's designer, Natalie, somehow took my vague ramblings and turned them into exactly what I'd been imagining. I showed her an "Inspiration Vase” and said something like, "Maybe green tile...I like wood," and she worked what felt like voodoo magic. She came back with samples an

Mike was patient, clear, and reassuring from the very beginning, always taking time to explain each step and keep me informed. His team was professional and extremely respectful which made the entire project stress-free. They even showered kindness on my anxious rescue dog! 🩷

Most importantly, the end result is absolutely stunning! Mike’s combination of skill, honesty, and genuine kindness made this the best renovation experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Rally Built Homes and have already started discussing another renovation with them!

Mike and his team are exceptional. They pour a lot of passion and pride into their work and it shows. Communication is good, work is consistent and always done the right way (no cutting corners), and the entire team is reliable. Rally Built has done projects on two homes for me and expectations were exceeded in all projects. Not only did they help me execute on my vision but they made my new home feel like it was truly mine. They are exceptional because Mike is good to his people, both clients and craftsman. He has an outstanding reputation in the industry for a reason.

Mike Smith at Rally Built Homes helped us in an emergency from a lazy flip that resulted in water intrusion damage over seven years, unbeknownst to us, which caused widespread damage. It involved multiple projects, including, but not limited to:
-Removing a deck
-Installing a concrete pad
-Building a covered patio
-Rerouting gutters
-Installing French drains
-Building a retaining wall
-Replacing French doors
-Replacing the subfloor and trim in the master bedroom and -closet, two bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen
-Replacing and finishing hardwood floors in the master bedroom and closet, laundry room, and kitchen
-Replacing tile in the master bathroom
-Resetting the vanity in both bathrooms
-Installing a new shower pan and door
-Painting the aforementioned rooms
Communication was great, and all the crews were professional and friendly.
